Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing shareclub! We are dedicated to promoting the reuse of cups while providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines for modifications and cancellations of your orders. By making an order us, you agree to comply with the following policy:

a. Placing orders: To place an order, simply fill out the order form on our website, providing us with the necessary details about your event and required packaging. We strive to respond promptly and will confirm your order as soon as possible. We kindly request that orders for events are placed a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled event. 

b. Modifying your Order : If you wish to modify your order for a different amount, size or style, please contact us through the order form on our website or at support@weareshareclub.com and indicate the desired items in your communication. We will assist you in modifying your order or placing a new order for the desired items.

c. Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund up to 72 hours prior to your event. Any orders that are cancelled later than 72 hours prior to the event date cannot be refunded. Shareclub reserves the right to cancel any orders with a notice period of up to 72 hours prior to the event, and in the unlikely occurrence of such a cancellation, a full refund will be promptly issued. 

e. Damaged or Defective Items: We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@weareshareclub.com. We will guide you through the process and provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference. If any cups are damaged at your event, please inform us promptly. We will arrange for any damaged cup to be sent back to the manufacturer, where they will undergo a recycling process or be transformed into new products. 

f. Missing Items: We ask event hosts to mention being a proud partner of shareclub and remind attendees to not leave the venue with the cups. For every cup that goes missing or is not returned after the event, a charge of 6,00 € per cup will be applied. 

g. Complaints and feedback

We hope that you will be happy with the service, but misunderstandings do happen regardless of how hard we try to avoid them. If you have any feedback or are unhappy with the Service, please contact us immediately by using the contact information on shareclub’s website or at support@weareshareclub.com. We will get back to you as soon as we can. We always follow the applicable consumer protection legislation. shareclub reserves the right to determine what is considered an appropriate solution case by case.
