shareclub provides packaging of meals and beverages at events to promote sustainability subject to our terms. The event partners pay shareclub for the services provided as per pre-discussed payment terms. Shareclub delivers the required amount of cups to the event, clean and ready-to-use. The cups are collected back by shareclub. The cups are cleaned under the strictest hygiene standards and reused for the next event.

a. Purpose: Our website promotes the circular packaging solution of providing reusable cups for events to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

b. User Responsibility: By participating in shareclub, you agree to make reasonable efforts to reuse cups provided they are safe and hygienic. You are solely responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and suitability of the reusable items used during the events.

c.Image rights

When using the Service, you may need to take pictures with your mobile camera and provide or make them available to us. You own these pictures, but you hereby give shareclub an unlimited, irrevocable and royalty-free right to use, copy and/or transfer the pictures you provide or make available to us for commercial purposes, for example to develop and improve the Service. Furthermore, we may make your pictures publicly available in the Platform.

d. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold shareclub harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation, including any disputes or issues arising from the circular packaging solution.

Shareclub holds no responsibility for the contents within our reusable packaging. Packaging is provided by shareclub & the venue is responsible for the contents. Shareclub guarantees that any packaging provided is in fact reusable, if sorted and handled correctly. This means that you can be certain that you are making a sustainable choice as a shareclub member.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, shareclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or participation in shareclub, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
